Par 3 in Carnarvon

Our Par 3 Golf Course has been completely redesigned and renovated (no artifical greens!) and will open the summer of 2011, with 9 beautiful holes.

A hidden treasure among the Haliburton Highlands, the 9 Hole Par 3 at Carnarvon Family Golf provides a relaxed and enjoyable round of golf that can be completed in under 90 minutes.

The 9 hole course is tucked away in the forest to the west side of the driving range. The setting is quiet and sheltered with many tall trees which provide lots of shade in the summer heat. Don’t be surprised if you see a deer or wild turkey while walking the path through the forest between holes 5 and 6.

Most golfers navigate through the course with just three or four irons and a putter. The younger children could play all their clubs. Holes range up to 121 yards in length. For advanced players, it is an excellent workout for your short game. It is also the perfect place for beginners and novices to learn the etiquette and rules of golf.
